It’s Manjaro/Arch under the hood, but with a super clean and modern Xfce setup that feels fast, light, and rock solid. I’ve had zero crashes in weeks of use. Rating: 10 Date: 2025-09-10 What I love most is the philosophy: no ads, no telemetry, no bloat. The App Center only lists open-source, privacy-friendly software, as well as web apps from TROM.tf, which makes it effortless to keep the system clean: see my wiki.tromjaro.alexio.tf :) Votes: 28 For me, it’s the perfect mix of stability, speed, and purpose. Easily a 10/10 distro. Best wishes for the TROMjaro developers! Alexio Was this review helpful? Yes No Version: 2025.07.20 I've searched for reviews on this distro on YouTube several times. But every single time , I got only a few videos , whiche are older than 2 years or more. I think people are not quite aware of this distro , and don't think of any single reason on why is that so. This is my favorite Arch install. This should be appealing to both power users and noobs alike. It's got a lot of AUR-softwares to be installed and has a few other goodies that all sorts of users will enjoy. I think it has a lot of good software as a base, and it includes many friendly tweaks to get optimal versions of all your favorite apps. So, if you are looking for a small, lightweight distro to get out of your way and let you do what you want with your distro--it's great. It's very very very stable one also , to say the least. Powered by the simplicity and versatility and stability of XFCE , even makes it more appealing and better. Rating: 10 Date: 2025-07-22 I don't know and care about the trade-free thing. It's just great for older as well as newer boxes. Votes: 17 Regs, Krishnamurti Naskar Was this review helpful? Yes No Copyright © 2001 - 2026 Atea Ataroa Limited. All rights reserved.
